Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use our website and get a free inspection, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Here's what we do toward that:

• Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible outline showing where you are
• Text and buttons meet WCAG color contrast levels
• Form fields have labels, and errors are announced and explained in words
• Images that carry meaning have text descriptions
• Pages work at 400% zoom and on small phone screens without scrolling sideways
• Animation is turned off for people who set their device to reduce motion
• We test each update with automated accessibility checks and by hand

Known limits

• The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. Most people never see it. If it does ask you to check a box and that gives you trouble, call or email us instead.
• Inspection reports and contracts we send as PDFs may not be fully accessible yet. Ask and we'll provide the information in another format.
