These terms cover your use of this website and the inspection request form. By using the site or sending a request, you agree to them. Falcon Exterior Group LLC ("Falcon," "we," "us") does roofing, siding, gutter and window work in Central Ohio.
Inspections and estimates
- Our inspections are free and you're under no obligation to buy anything.
- Information on this website is general. It isn't a quote, a diagnosis of your home or a promise of any price.
- An estimate is only an estimate. Work is agreed only in a written contract signed by you and Falcon, and that contract controls the price, scope, schedule and warranty.
Insurance claims
We can document storm damage with photos and an itemized estimate, and give them to you and your insurance company. We don't decide whether your policy covers anything, and we can't promise any claim result. We aren't public adjusters and we don't negotiate your claim for you. Questions about your coverage go to your insurance company or agent.
Calls, texts and email
When you send a request, you agree that we can contact you about it by phone, text or email at the number and address you give us. How often depends on your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help. You can also call or email us to stop. Wireless carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We'll only send marketing texts if you separately agree to receive them. Agreeing is never a condition of buying anything from us.
Photos on this site
Images on this website are illustrations. They aren't photos of Falcon job sites, customers' homes or our crews, and they don't show results you should expect from any specific job.
Using the site
Please don't send false information, use someone else's details, send spam or automated requests, or try to get around the site's security. We may block requests that look automated or abusive.
Warranties
The website is provided as is. The warranties for our work are the ones in your signed contract, plus any warranty the product manufacturer provides. Nothing on this website adds to or changes those.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Falcon isn't responsible for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this website, such as lost time or relying on general information here. This doesn't limit any rights you have under your contract with us or under Ohio consumer protection law.
Names and links
The Falcon name, logo and website content belong to Falcon Exterior Group LLC. Product names such as Owens Corning belong to their owners and are used only to describe the products we install. Links to other websites are for convenience, and we're not responsible for their content.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Ohio law
These terms are governed by Ohio law. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts in Ohio.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
