Falcon Exterior Group LLC ("Falcon," "we," "us") does roofing, siding, gutter and window work in Central Ohio. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website, call us or have us out to your home, and what we do with it.
The short version: we use your information to inspect, quote and do the work you asked about. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for targeted ads.
What we collect

We never ask for your Social Security number. We don't take card or bank details through this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, schedule your inspection and keep you updated
- To prepare estimates, contracts and invoices, and to do and warranty the work
- To give you and your insurance company photos and estimates when you ask us to
- To keep the website secure and filter out spam and automated submissions
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
Calls, texts and email
When you send a request, we'll contact you about it by phone, text or email. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or tell us by phone or email. We'll only send marketing texts if you separately agree to receive them.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising. We share it only as needed to serve you:
- Service providers that run our systems for us: Google (website hosting, database and staff sign-in), Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (website security and spam protection). They may use it only to provide their service to us.
- Your insurance company or adjuster, when you ask us to send them documentation
- Crews, subcontractors, suppliers and permit offices, only the details needed to do your job
- Others when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety
Cookies and similar technology
Our public website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. The inspection form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is sending the form. It processes your IP address and browser details for that purpose. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum. Our staff sign-in page stores sign-in information in the browser so staff stay signed in.
If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we'll update this policy first.
How long we keep it
- Requests that don't become a job: up to 2 years, then deleted
- Job records, photos, contracts and invoices: as long as the warranty lasts or 7 years, whichever is longer, for warranty and tax purposes
- Security logs: up to 1 year
How we protect it
Your information is stored with Google Cloud in the United States. Only Falcon staff who need it can see it, and each sales representative sees only their own customers. Staff sign in with two-step verification. No system is perfectly secure, but we'll tell you as the law requires if a breach affects your information.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email contact@falconexteriorgroupllc.com or call (234) 214-2341. We'll reply within 30 days. We may need to keep some records, such as signed contracts and invoices, where the law requires it.
Don't want us to knock? Tell any Falcon representative or contact us, and we'll mark your address "do not knock."
Children
Our services are for homeowners and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
